Instructions
Use an Asterisk to broaden your search
Ex: Enter 3 letters of the First and Last name or 2 digits of the Permit # FOLLOWED BY AN ASTERISK(*)
The name John Smith would be entered: Joh* Smi*
Permit # 2501 would be entered: 25*
Ex: Enter AN ASTERISK(*) and then enter the rest of the Company Name
Company ABC Security could be entered: *Security
You can also search using any combination of the fields as well
Ex: Enter Last Name, Company Name and Permit Number
Last Name: Smith
Company Name: ABC Security
Permit Number: 2501
